9 participants, including the Captain, on a WhatsApp group. Daily guidance, meal suggestions, physical exercise routines and motivation provide the ideal environment for anyone to achieve their body management goals.

Starting on a Wednesday and running till the following Friday, participants have just 10 days to focus on achieving their set goals. It’s the perfect time span.

After the four day “rest”, most participants are rearing to jump in to their next Marathon – with even more enthusiasm.
